Working for the HOA, this woman went off on our guys fixing an erosion issue about a bird feeder that was broken and thrown in the bushes way before we ever got on site. Cussed at them and threatened to sue the company. Also tried to block us from gaining access to the property for the HOA. I wouldn’t work for her if my life depended on it!

Very unreasonable

Bounces checks, puts stop payments on cc and ach deposits. Refuses to get a cashiers check to pay me.

Does not pay subcontractors. Supervisor, office flat out refused to pay invoice sent for seeding done on a federal base

Spoke with a rude CS agent, tried later and they helped me all the way through

Nationwide tried to pay me $768 for removing a tree from a third story roof that was cut in half with no emergency board up, tarping, equipment, etc. I would never work with them again without a FULL AND COMPLETE scope of work agreed upon prior to ever mobilizing no matter how bad of a situation the Client is in.
